A successful renovation starts with an accurate survey and clear plans. We redraw the existing building in 2D, then the project: new layout, rewiring to standard, plumbing, insulation, heat-pump heating and ventilation.
Energy-renovation works must comply with the applicable environmental regulation (service-public.fr). Every trade is priced in materials and labour, just like a new build.
