How is the price calculated?
The calculator uses the trade-by-trade costs of the Rivabatis France report (materials and labour), applies a regional factor to direct costs, adds studies, management and insurance, then 20% VAT. The range shown is ±5%.
Is land included?
No: land, public utility connections and planning taxes are separate budgets.
Turnkey vs weather-tight shell?
Weather-tight shell covers foundations, structure, roof and external joinery; turnkey adds all building services and finishes.
