How much does it cost to build a house in France in 2026?
The latest official statistic (SDES, EPTB 2024 survey) gives an average of €1,914/m² excluding land. Our turnkey H120 reference house in Lyon is €250,000 excl. VAT, i.e. €300,000 incl. VAT, studies and guarantees included. Read our cost guide.
Do you produce the plans and engineering?
Yes. Each project has a complete 2D set: architecture, elevations, sections, colour-coded electrical with sizes and brands, plumbing, drainage, heating and ventilation.
Do you also build for businesses and investors?
